Like Bill Maher said recently I believe.. about Boston. They had a tragic bombing and before sunset they suddenly had an army than effectively blocked off the entire city with troop transports, full body armor and enough weaponry to take over whatever they wanted. I believe he asked, when the fuck did they get an army? We're a police state already was his point and if someone had doubts that should have put them to rest.
