The bike was almost exclusively full throttle the entire trip.
I recall being on I-10 through Texas, floored doing about 78mph and having large trucks like Ford F-350's passing me doing 90-95mph.
Where they were getting 10 or so mpg I was still getting 55 or so. 
Had anything happened, it would have been the end of me.
It's still insane thinking I cruised at 75mph on some of the busiest interstate sections in North America at 2 or 3 am. |
They tried to put me on a rebel for motorcycle safety course, no way! They let me run one of the trail bikes instead so I didn't have my knees in my chest

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
