Wednesday - 1hr BJJ, 1hr MuyThai sparring, 20-30mins MMA sparring
Thursday - 1 1/2hr focus mitt training, 1hr Wrestling training
Friday - rest
Saturday - 2-3 hrs BJJ sparring
Sunday - rest
