This is a discussion about people taking your order at the drive thru window at a fast food joint.
Totally entry level, unskilled labor.
If they work their way up the chain and become a manager...then yes they do make good money as they should.
And the only reason that businesses outsource anything is because it is cheaper. And the reason it is cheaper is because of govt. interference in the market.
And you proclaiming things to be "false arguments" does not make it so. It just means that it's your opinion and not based on YOU yourself owning a business that hires unskilled labor (mostly teens) to do entry level work.
