I workout 6 out of 7 days a week, anywhere from a 3 mile jog to 60-90 minutes in the gym. Granted my diet spins out of control at times.
As long as I keep my mile time around 6-6:30 and my bench around 225, (weight 195) I'm content.
As of now I'm hovering around 15-16%, I'm going to make some resolve to get my BMI down below 10%. There are so many physical and social benefits to doing it.
Glad to see some results in this thread! Especially Shimmy!

At that points its more a mental game than anything else. Constantly hungry and always denying myself of cheats, maybe 1 cheat meal/snack per week. Its been a challenge and a great journey. I won't deny that there's no better feeling than being the leanest guy on the beach thats for sure. Girls look, guys look, and girls with guys look
