Thank you for responding but can you please give us some more information... Like what exactly is the problem? What are you doing to fix it and to avoid these problems in the future? How long until you plan to have it resolved? I apologize for posting these questions on a public board but you have stopped responding to email & skype.
Previously, you have said your server problems are a result of bots, then it was new users overloading the system, and now it is "major issues" with your data center. I suspect that the problems are ongoing because you are trying to save a few dollars on your hosting plan. But please consider that you are losing a tremendous amount of traffic, new customers, new sites from old customers and $$$$ because the system is overloaded.
