I've been thinking about either outsourcing or hiring a (remote) worker to do things like traffic trades, hardlink trades/buying, simple on-site SEO, plug trades/buying, etc..

Would that work? Whats your experience with that?

I always say "if you want it done right, do it yourself", but i'm getting a little bit tired doing it myself.. :D
