Previously, you have said your server problems are a result of bots, then it was new users overloading the system, and now it is "major issues" with your data center. I suspect that the problems are ongoing because you are trying to save a few dollars on your hosting plan. But please consider that you are losing a tremendous amount of traffic, new customers, new sites from old customers and $$$$ because the system is overloaded.

I certainly don't want to save on server bills. For the past few days our host had some major issues with a Ddos attack (they resolved this now). In meantime I took advantage of that downtime to do some optimisations.
=> Added two more HTTP Servers
=> Moved DNS from my hosting to cloudflare (should hopefully speed up DNS lookup).
=> More caching in our search servers.
Normally you should see a decent speed increase!
