If it is a corporate card the points are property of the corporation to be disbursed at the Management's will.
If the card is issued to the corporation with a person acting as guarantor of the credit extended -- the points could be due that person as his "grantor's fee".
If the card is issued to a real person's name the points accumulated by the use of his card are his.
