Pretty much, it's not like either of us would go to war. Russia is just puffing up its chest a lot lately because after the collapse of the USSR the US has been working hard to establish a containment before Russia could rebuild.
Russia trying to build back up is to be expected but the dog and pony show is both sad and funny to watch between both countries actions.
