I am working out like a madman...but im gaining weight 
i am up a lot since i started back at the gym. I am hoping it is muscle gains, im eating fairly well. Maybe i might need to watch the diet more.
I am being told i look like i lost weight, in the face, and stomach, but im up 6 kgs in the last 3 weeks. Going to up my cardio after weights, add an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill |
I think if you are only burning 144 calories your not trying hard enough
