Program name was changed to "incredible dollar" but then they needed that dollar for a crack pipe and they are still trying to figure out what to call it now.
Seriously though they have been paying who they want, what they want ,when they want and if they want since about 2009. They usually don't want.
They actually helped me a lot since their ducking payouts forced me to develop my own sites and get my own merchant accounts.
