Exactly. Hank himself admits that he only has pieces of the puzzle. He has no idea how deeply involved in all of this Skyler is.
I think, if nothing else, he wants to believe she is just the victim here, but when she lawyered up and wouldn't talk to her sister I think he might be changing his mind.
