You can have beer and wine in some TOPLESS bars (permits vary by area).. You cannot have any booze and full nude at all in so cal. Also most the beer/wine topless bars also have a 6 foot rule. Some nude clubs will do special "invite only private parties" and offer an open bar with a cover since its a "private party". Total BS but can skirt the rule like once a month usually.
