Charities- your opinion
My friend proudly told me he donated $30/mo to the charity supporting wounded US soldiers. Out of curiosity, I checked online and the president of that charity pays himself a salary of $360K/year, however charity has really high ratings. I would have rather mixed emotions supporting such charities that grow lately like mushrooms. How many more wounded soldiers can you help for his $360K salary ? My feel is if you mange a charity, your salary should be modest, let's say $50K to be fair, but $360K is immoral to me. What's your take on the subject ?
