I can see where a news company decides not to publish something. Maybe the article was too long or too short or improperly edited; Maybe it took too long in editing and was no longer relevant.
And I am positive that our government, from time to time, calls up a news agency and says "hey, can you not publish this" and the news agency decides it's in their best interests not put publish it - maybe they don't want to loose their reporter's slot at the White House or Pentagon. "You scratch our back, we'll scratch your back".
But not publishing news because money traded hands is just freaking wrong.
