Members cancel, become inactive and they signup again in the near future. Extremely common and a higher percentage of your sales than one would initially think if they haven't looked into it
If you are emailing them inbetween them canceling and signing up again with newsletter blasts, its not a whole lot different than 'bothering' current members.
