do it yourself, that's what we do.
get you a dedicated server at like leaseweb, put a mail server on it (we use icewarp.com), get you some mailing list software like subscribeme and your all set...oh ya, get a DNS server, you want to make sure you use dkim and SPF, keep your list clean, double optin, single opt out..your list is so small you don't need much
