My suggestion would have been to contact before the 30 days was up... I don't recall seeing a refund request for this, but I could be wrong.
Its our policy not to make "performance based" refunds, since these are pre-paid direct buys, but at the very least I could have looked at the situation and reviewed the website, traffic, your creatives and offer ... before you just hit up GFY to slam us instead.
