i discovered p-90x and never looked back. had been struggling for years to find a exercise regiment i could consistently stick to and i found it. i've done it many many times and in all different variations, depending on what i felt starting the 90 days. currently doing upper body and yoga, so pushups, pullups and yoga. i'll do a 90 day dealio and cool off for abit then start another 90 day tweaked session.
the diet plan is *decent* but simply put, if you are serious about losing fat, then counting calories is very important to your success. and i've found that as long as i stay in my calorie window, p90x is such a rigourous program that i can eat whatever i am craving (i've also found that what i am craving is usually what i am needing these days as well, i.e., if i am craving potato chips i know i am low on carbs) and still be lean and toned for day-to-day and if i have a vaca upcoming or an event i want to look extra good for, i can dial in the p90x a bit more and adjut my cals for 30-45 days and hit the goal.
