thanks, i just followed the instructions though. :-) i don't think it was me with the humgryman dinners. those fisr 2x i didn't muck about with the diet plan and ate good solid foods. i still eat super solid, but nowadays both my stomach and my appetite are much smaller so i can enjoy things like potato chips without having to eat a ton.
also, i'm very much type 1 diabetic, the hormone mix required to put on muscle is a hodge-podge for me, if you are reasonably healthy and follow p90x rigoursly, you will prolly gain more muscle than me. that's a big difference between it and insanity also, you get a better opportunity to gain muscle with p90x than you do with insanity.
