Interesting. I am not so much interested in the muscle as in regards to the other health benefits. I am really looking more for endurance and general heart health. I know that some people believe that bulking up on some level is beneficial since you will burn more calories that way. But it's good all the same to hear the differences between.

It sounds like insanity does not require equipment and is more endurance type of training, while P90X is more of a weight and muscle sort of training program? While each seem to focus on some of the same core exercises, there is enough variety there in the central theme or focus.
