I do a mix of treadmill and treadclimber now, but I am looking at starting on P90 first three months, and the move up to the P90X. I do not want to over do it, but at the same time need to step things up for the treadmills. A number of the reviews said that someone not used to these sort of routines should start on a P90 first, then move up to P90X from there.
Good to know the feedback on these various things though. Much appreciated.
