i'd say that has little to do with weed and more to do with not knowing it was in there..imagine if you never smoke and then get high without knowing anything...you'd think you've gone crazy.
i don't think weed is totally harmless though, it all depends on the person. it can cause cardiac problems as well as worsen mental health problems in some. i knew one guy who would hear voices and imagine people said things when they didn't when he smoked but he had mental problems to begin with. he was gonna kick my ass one day for something he imagined i said..
