Once logged into your dashboard on the left side find "TOOLS" tab
In the TOOLS tab find "PRESS THIS" tab.
Drag that button to your bookmarks tool bar on your browser.
Then go to any page on any of your websites you want to promote.
Click the "PRESS THIS" tab on your browser.
A window will pop up.
Click the little icon towards the top left of that pop up to add a picture
Select the picture you want to add and select "insert image".
Check the box for whether you're promoting Webcams, Videos, or Pictures on the right side of the window and click submit.
Very easy to do once you get it figured out.
