Fully managed VPS are quit hard to find because they are cheap. It's not worth it to provide full managed support for a few bucks monthly and that's the reason why fully managed VPS are quite expencive and only few providers to offer them..
I used HostGator VPS years ago and it was pretty good but bit expensive (compared with other providers) but still pretty good for the money. But after some time I could get an entry level server for the price I was paying for their VPS so I moved out...
I've heard that support on Linode is good but I have never used them.
Today I use
Digital Ocean +
WHM/cPanel and it simply rocks. It's not managed but that's not a problem for me since I can do it on my own. WHM/cPanel powered server/VPS also needs less maintenance work that regular (blank) server.
