What if:
The Assad regime loses control over 10kg of SARIN for example to a terrorist organization? Would you feel responsible for the result? Let's make if more personal -- what if the targets were 5 Las Vegas Casinos at a busy time of day and 1,550 die?

What if: Next time Assad really goes for the prize and exterminates a town of 40,000? Would you think that your hands are clean?
You can say it was meant to be but if you didn't try to prevent it at the source of the poison gas -- would you think that your hands are clean?
