What kind of site do you have? Obviously on a thread full of webmasters you will have people offering their traffic services. Other ways would be through social media and forum posting. Make several accounts for different social media outlets and start adding friends and following fans. Pump out some watermarked photos to your site. Find a good forum and drop some posts with pictures or short clips.
