Then perhaps you should direct your energy towards those who do rip content, yeah? Not someone who didn't allow you to break the rules on a site where they've made a commitment to stop people from breaking the rules. If you don't like the rules, don't play or don't get mad when you get into trouble for breaking them.
I've had way more than one domain of mine banned on reddit. ;)
