IMO, I'd offer this as a partnership opportunity to someone. you've already done the hard work of getting the site off the ground, so let someone else come in with an adsense account and you both increase traffic and revenue, then sell it and you give up 25% - 50% to them.
At that point, anyone would probably jump on board with you AND it would make you more $$$  |

I think I remember it making $10 per day with Adsense (6GBP per day which equals $10 or close to it I think)

I bought a site on Flippa, stuck up some Adsense ads on that site (jokes/humor type niche) there was 1 nude post on that site that I was unaware of, Google warned me to take it down but I never did. That's how I got banned.
I was probably really busy at the time I got the email... I'd usually be on top of something like that.
