If they are charging for stolen content then as I understand it they don't have DMCA protection and its not a DMCA issue. They can be sued and presumably domains and revenue seized.
I am also pretty sure that Visa and MC, at least through Merrick bank in the USA (one of the few US banks that handles adult merchant accounts) will not knowingly bill for user uploaded content. I know this because I have had to remove that functionality in default mech bunny configurations and also remove language related to it in boiler plate Terms of Service pages in order to get processing approved.
So it's nice of them to take your content down but you should continue to seek satisfaction by going on the offensive against their processing, domain registrar, and hosting. If they are willing to steal content then they are most likely not content producers and odds are most or all their content is stolen.
I don't like Max Hardcore but I like the government railroading him on trumped up bullshit even less, and I hate people charging for stolen content. If we tolerate this shit literally every kid out there could put his porn folder on a tube and saturate the paysite market with people who don't belong in it.
