That's more about managing work time then "stress".
You could work only 2 hours and be stressed to the max the entire two hours while being very effective.
Stress is not physical fatigue, but stress can manifest itself as a symptom known as fatigue. Fatigue and stress are not the same thing, but many people think it is.
A worker may feel like they need a long vacation because of fatigue; but the reality could be that the fatigue is actually caused by stress related to the worker not feeling confident about completing their daily job duties.
Stress is when the 1st team and 2nd team quarterback went down with knee injuries in the 1st quarter of the Super Bowl and they just put your ass in. You ain't tired,
