I want to bring one in and be their marketing guy and get their name out. Most girls don't do that. They just go on a site or 2 and let the guys come to them and get their guys that way. My girl would do that + I would be advertising/marketing her for more traffic/sales. That's the plan anyways.

You are basically asking them to "work" for free. I wouldn't call you back either. If you were good at marketing, you would have the money to pay them. Also, offering any girl 70% while you take 30% is absolutely ridiculous for any marketer that knows what they're doing.
I'm not trying to be an asshole, but you are doing this the wrong way. If you want to make money marketing cute girls, do the ones that are already available (Solo girls, etc.) without the hassle of dealing with a live girl. You get that down? Then explore the route of creating your own site, and then you can pay the girls up front which will be less hassle for you and also make you the money that you deserve to be making if you are a good marketer.
