Thank you guys, i appreciate the kind words. I am listening to offers and willing to take any offer into consideration to get a deal done. Again, i will work with the new buyer as long as it takes to help them get back 100% of there money on this. Just need to get a deal closed to help my wife and willing to do just about anything to make it happen.
