Multiculturalism has replaced assimilation, and frankly, I don't see the trend reversing. Actually, I don't think we will recognize the United States 25 years from now, maybe sooner. I think a huge catalyst for this lies in the general election this November, when six Colorado Counties will vote to secede and form the 51st State, North Colorado. If this passes, I believe it will put in motion other secession votes. It will create new States where people are like-minded - assimilated if you will, like the old days. The Federal Government will do everything in it's power to stop this, because once the first domino falls, the second and subsequent dominoes fall much more easily. Civil War 2, anyone?
