I think a huge catalyst for this lies in the general election this November, when six Colorado Counties will vote to secede and form the 51st State, North Colorado. If this passes, I believe it will put in motion other secession votes. It will create new States where people are like-minded - assimilated if you will, like the old days. The Federal Government will do everything in it's power to stop this, because once the first domino falls, the second and subsequent dominoes fall much more easily. Civil War 2, anyone?

your country has too strong of an army to fall in to civil war...other countries are pushed in to civil wars by foreign intervention and support of various foreign politics...civil wars do not just start by themselves, this is a huge misconception...the one in my country was planned years ahead and all the new leaders are US buttyboys with long criminal records...
the rodney king violence was for example greater than what happened in my country went to war, only the USA can send troops to the streets and send everybody the fuck home at any cost but if another country tries this its not "democratic"
what the USA really has to fear, and the rest of the world later, is robot armies...not terminator stuff but small remote controlled vehicles with m-16 strapped on them and some laser targeting and freedom from governments will be a thing of the past...countries with lots of nukes and radiation to export like russia and china will be free from the USA but the rest are pretty fucked...
