Then I started learning how to generate the traffic. Then I became an affiliate and made great money doing that. In 2005 I started to manage programs. I was recruited from program to program, always taking the next opportunity with more pay, more responsibilities, and more authority to make decisions. If you are a go getter like Roald, you constantly field offers. I've never tendered a notice to depart a company that wasn't 100% positive and where I could go back to the company I tendered notice to. Anyone can verify that with any of the owners of the companies I've worked for in the past.

So, there are folks who are in demand, and who do get offers all the time. So, a resignation is very possibly a good thing for the person departing. It's just that kind of news is no fun on GFY, so people like to throw shit at the person moving on, whether it's in their best interest or not. Drama is more fun than hearing happy things to GFY's inhabitants.
