"Me and my boyfriend met recently through a Web site that puts together HIV-positive singles," she said. "We're both HIV-positive and both hep-C positive, and I'm on treatment now. It's a chemotherapy treatment; I've done six months and I have six months left, and I'm trying to clear the hepatitis-C completely."

That is an incredibly sad story. I had no idea that chemotherapy was an option for Hep-C.
Hep-C is one of those things nobody likes to think or talk about. It seems like the most many people know about Hep-C is that Pamela Anderson has it and she looks fine, so it must not be that bad, right?
It is just a coincidence that models started dropping off the edge of the earth when they started testing for Hep-C, right?
History has a way of repeating itself. Oops, I forgot, it has been 100% confirmed by FSC that there were no onset transmissions this go around so everything is A-OK!
