Considering how long she has been doing this and obviously taking care of herself, you have to give her some credit for changing up the look and trying something new and doing it better than 99% of her peers could ever hope to come close to.
Stands to reason that Dean would probably enjoy the challenge of doing something new with her as well since he has probably shot her a few times too.
