Since he downloaded the content, acknowledges he owes us money for 1st months order and promises to add it to 2nd installment payment... yet charged it back.... they say it was fraud and theft. They gave him his money back, because he did file the chargeback, but with the contract and his own email admissions, we hope to receive a favorable resolution with the CC company but that can take up to 90 days. In the meantime we are suing him and have started that process. Again, just can't let people get away with that shit.
I'm sorry if people are against us defending ourselves. And for people looking at 2008 to 2011 as a way to judge us, sorry for you as well. We're a completely new and different company now.
