OP I suggest you market the raw scan data and let the 3d market catch up with you.
Right now there is a huge demand for voiced romances in skyrim, etc, and the scripts are already in. The trouble is you have a static environment, no scripting, and no bounding. Find someplace you can put these models and you've got something to move toward.
