On the pile of shit law Obama Care,
Requiring people that cannot afford insurance to buy insurance or face a fine does not fix the problem of being unable to afford insurance.
Punishing employers by adding a penalty on them for providing good benefits (Cadillac Plans, for a buzzword) will only result in companies reducing the provided insurance plans, read : shittier insurance.
Being self employed and buying my own insurance right now I am looking at a likely 22% premium increase on a more restrictive plan.
As noble as the idea that everyone is entailed to healthcare is, the Insurance Company Protection Act known as Obama Care does not come anywhere near that noble goal.
