usually the standard setup for employees and myself is a a laptop and tablet, nothing more...
macbook pro quad i7s + ipads OR standard win8 quad cores lappies + nexus 7 as tablet (my preference)

if i need a big screen, i stream it to the 80 inch tvs on the wall (we have 3)...nothing like cropping scenes on those big boys!
no whiteboards but the walls are whiteboards themselves (3M coated) so you can draw giant dicks on them all day
