I admit, it would be far better if someone had some info so the thread served as a PSA for effectively blocking them, as I had hoped.
Since their proxy results are cached and in turn indexed, it seems like a pretty clear case of copyright infringement, so I submitted a ticket to JuicyAds, who they monetize with. Jay responded with "
we don't feel that caching websites that are being surfed does not constitute contributory infringement. I replied to some legal issues related to this domain several months ago (or one similar), and that issue came to a close quite quickly."
