I have seen where the same plans for people already paying are Cheaper, Staying the Same, or not worth it. So it just depends on what you shopped around to find, and what State you live in.

My state, I guess if you make Zero, we didn't take the expansion for medicare or whatever, so unless it is deemed medically necessary for your life you don't get approved according to my friend who needs shoulder surgery.

I am wondering what the rates for pre existing conditions are going to be. I have heard the same, and I heard one guy say that the ACA said his would be $1,300 a month...

Yeah that's the point, get insurance to people without the means to afford it. Sounds like it's working. Rates on pre existing conditions are the same...
