We are not a monthly license system. You have the code. We install it for free and help you make your site up and running. But oftentimes, some people think we are their webmasters. We are not paid to customize your site or provide free development.
We have people who send us endless emails about all kinds of items which in most cases, have nothing to do with the way our software works. Things like asking us to put in a custom header or footer the client has built; or to add content for the client; or to encode content locally for the client then to upload and add it to their site; or even to add in a custom plugin like an affiliate plugin. Or worse, the client wants to customize their software so much that their expectations go beyond the ACTUAL thing that the software was meant to do. As much as we would like to accommodate them, we realize their concerns are simply beyond our scope. Sometimes customers can get downright abusive. So we have to limit a certain amount of back-and-forth because some people take advantage of our time. We should note, however, that if a customer needs further training, we can always teach him the ropes. But that is an entirely new arrangement.

The latest of all bundled to make it so easy. We just thought that CMS Pro might just be a game changer in that there's no need for developers.
