Well then you are a fool. There are guys that make wordpress templates and offer like 50 templates for $49 or whatever and they have the most amazing support. They will sort out any problem within 24 hours, pretty much guaranteed.
Also these guys make millions.
Think of any quality program, Nifty Stats for example. They survive my providing unbeatable service to their clients.
