We cannot accept your Passport due the fact that the information stated on it are not visible.
We kindly ask you to submit a higher quality scan/photo of your Passport making sure that all the information stated on it are visible and readable.

It's scanned at 300DPI!
If that's not high quality I don't know what is. I assume the problem is elsewhere. I replied back to the same ticket I got a rejection in and I just got back the same rejection which isn't getting us anywhere. I need a real person response not automated one.
Next, for utility bill support wanted Cyrilic converted to Latin while I offered Google Translate letter conversion that clearly shows my name and address on the invoice. But I guess notarized letter conversion of the same few words are more correct than the correct one of Google or any other online letter converter for that matter. Forget that support won't be able to understand our local language in Latin, but because it is written in Latin, they will be able to live with it. Let me tell you this: the only person that knows what is written on that utility bill is a person that speaks our local language. And that person reads Cyrilic as well.
So what you need is for some notary public to give you a letter translation of my name & address from Cyrilic to Latin so you'll be able to compare that to the Latin used on passpport?
I am sure you do not want me to convert the whole utility bill. I cannot even imagine what form would one use for that. Then add to it that you won't understand the bill anyway even if it's in Latin.
Still, any letter converter will do this job for you online. I even added a link to Google Translate where everything is already laid out and prepared for you, yet no... click that "deny - non Latin letters" button and move on...
I need a person using more logic to look at the docs. I've had the opportunity to deal with Paxum folks who do the verification and inconsistency seems to be the code name here.
So I turn to ether of you two Chris or Ruth to either check them yourself or check the ticket.
My Paxum acc is paxum /at/ zelenasrbija.com

Hi Linkseller,
I'll look into your account and get back to you.
With regards to the notarized translation; yes this is normal procedure. If the submitted documents are not in Latin characters we request that you get a notary public to make a notarized translation of your document so that it can be properly reviewed. Google translate isn't sufficient.
Thanks,
Ruth
