digitalocean.com if you are looking for dedicated server than go with
leaseweb.com I use both and they are just 10/10 both have quality servers, good network, highly professional and their support are quick in answering.
digitalocean.com VPS that i use now is actually netherland vps and their servers are also in same network as leaseweb servers.
