Doubt very, very seriously that those are "Silicone" implants.
No company in the world currently makes any that are more than 800 c.c. in silicone.
And no, unless a capsular contraction happens (hardening of scar tissue)...actual silicone tits are as soft and pliable as real tits.
What she has are saline implants. (filled with water)
And yes, those are rock hard because once they are filled all the way there is no "give" like soft silicone.
